I haven't heard of anyone successful getting a visa with a DUI/DWI.
I did hear of someone getting denied, but I also heard of an immigration person saying that if no accident was caused, it could be accepted, but no one is really sure. Basically, there is a risk of being denied with a DUI in Korea. |
