Allow me to elaborate...
First off, I'm using windows out of necessity as i have been a mac user for ages. So, i have a Bootcamp partition with xp pro (english) on it. Support for east asian languages installed as well.
Here is the problem:
Some korean websites, and programs aren't displaying the text correctly. Some (not all) of the hangul on the page is garbled. I checked the page encoding and it's on Korean, which i assume is correct.
The real annoying problem is with dialogs and menus in xp. When i run a korean program it doesnt display the text correctly. (usually I just get ?????????)
I think i need the microsoft MUI, hence my inital question.
If anyone has any useful comments/suggestions it would be nice... |

You can set the non-unicode programs to display korean. In the Language Options in the Control Panel. |
