A good friend of mine is being harassed at her hagwon by her new female boss. She is being victim of typical bullying tactics like being talked down to in front of peers and made to do more work than everyone else. Also, she gets berated for making a small mistake.
She came to me for advice and I told her to leave that environment and find a new job. She is worried about not being able to find a new job quickly enough to cover her expenses. So, I am asking the dave's hagwon workers in Seoul if they know any open positions in their schools in Seoul.
Please send me a pm or email me if you know a position available. |

| yes we need a new teacher desperately. our school is very good in the sense that we get paid on time and no problem. (sometimes its a bit disorganized i mean its a bit annoying but the kindness of the employees and the boss is worth it.) they could start as soon as monday but of course your friend may need some more time your friend and we are very flexable im in charge of thre foreign teachers and i have been trying to find someone in korea to work to save money by flying someone here. we are in siheung. a bit far from my house in jungnang gu ( about two hours by train and a bus but i do it everyday) but she can get a place there for sure paid by the school and furnished. the pay will be 2.2 also no contract is necessary so if she choses to leave thats ok. my boss is very kind and helpful in every situation so im sure we can figure something out to make her comfortable. the school is in siheung city near sosa station. let me know what you think. email me [email protected] also this message was written quickly as im in a hurry to get to bed but i just wanted to say that talk more if she needs a job. also having no contract can be benificial for her as if she need to find a job closer to home, with sufficent notice quitting would be possible. let me know |
