|
|
I'm looking to buy one of those ICARUS monitors that another poster on her bought. It has component, DVI in and VGA analog in.
I will be running my PS3, Xbox 360, PC into it. It's got no TV tuner so I am looking at one of the following.
Product 1
Product 2
Product 3
I'm trying to work out what each of the boxes offers.
The first one is basically a TV tuner that will output to my monitor. I could also put a normal RCA yellow, cable into it and get that to come up on my monitor as well.
The second one offers me the above as well as putting the components from my 360 but it will only be in Standard Definition.
The third one offerst all of the above plus it will allow me to feed my 360 into it and output it at 1080. It would give me full HD support.
Is this right or am I missing anything.
Any other products on the market that I should be looking at? Not really keen on spending 800k to get 32 in screen.
The tuners say they will work in PAL format. So if I went back to the UK would they work on there and be able to tune into those frequencies?

Also are there any RCA switches for switching stereo sound? Just something simple that would take three inputs of stereo and allow me to switch them to one output. |
