For a one-bedroom? Surely not more than 2 or 3 million.

Itaewon is very low key-monkey by Korean standards. My friend got a decent enough two-room in HBC for 2 million key money. There's a thousand and one real estate places around noksapyeong station, just wander around and asked to be shown cheap rooms.
