Sorry bro, but I don't speak enlglish.
Wink

I know where a couple are, but they're kind of overpriced. There's one in nearly every Home Plus, and you can usually find them in the Hyundai department stores.

If you're looking for run of the mill supps, just have a Korean friend help you on www.mass119.co.kr or other sites you can find on this forum.

Thanks, the spelling mistake is a combination of spilling soju on my keyboard and drinking soju last night in the first place.

They're outrageously over-priced IME. Better to use the internet. Even after you pay shipping costs, it's still much cheaper.

What exactly do you need? Vitamins and minerals, BB supps, etc?

GNC is crazy expensive in Korea.
150,000 won for 5 pounds of whey protein? Who are they kidding? Laughing

If it's vitamins you're after, I'd recommend Costco. Find someone with a membership card or get one yourself. If there's no Costco near you, that could be a problem to make your one year membership worth while. On the other hand, if your contract is expiring soon, you can use your Costco card back home if there's one near you there.

For protein, the Namdeamun market in Seoul is fairly good. You need to find the "underground" foreign goods part of the market (closed on Sundays) and haggle. But you can usually get decent prices there.

Good luck.
