Anyone know how much of a pain it would be to ship home a motorcycle? And the approx cost to do so?

If you are talking about Canada - it is NOT possible to legally import it except as a racing machine (track only) or museum / show piece (display only).

Shipping is a moot point.

What?!?! It's illegal to import it? WTF....You can bring them in from USA, but not asia?

Damn. Well I guess if it was built in N.America I coudl bring it back. I just didnt want to spend $4g on a bike, then not be able to sell it after a year. I want a decent bike, but I prob wont stay here more then a year.

Ship it back in four parts, then pay a mechanic to put it back together. The "parts loophole" works on pretty much any country's customs department.

It is easier and cheaper to just buy it at home, not to mention the hassle of trying to register a bike with a non-existent VIN.
