Has anyone ever had a problem with these machines? I have been using the machine to pay my bills so I wouldn't have to takea number, sit down, and wait on a bank teller to take my money for the bills. But today, I got a double bill, whcih means the machine made a mistake last month. Guess this month, I'll pay my bills to an actual person. Rolling Eyes

If you didn't save the receipt, a record of the transaction will be printed in your bank book.

Yes, it should be quite easy to fix the problem if you were in fact wrongfully billed.

You probably paid the bill late. They tend to print the bills very soon after the due date, and if you pay even a day or two late, they print it as you didn't pay. If you call and ask them, they'll give you the correct amount.

Or you can pay the full amount this month and they'll credit it to next month.

In over two years using one, never had a problem that wasn't my own fault.
