What you can be assured of is that you will have some of the more motivated students in your area. These jobs tend to be rewarding in my opinion.

Hello,
I work at one and I have to say I really enjoy it. I worked at hagwons and public schools before this job. I couldn't say that about those jobs. I work hard, but it is rewarding.
