There is a p.s. school 1 hr from Seoul which offers 2 months vacation,
the problem is they have to contact my school to get a reference,
before they would offer a job.
I need your advice, because I don't want my school to decline the option of renewing with them. |

Isn't it sad that in Korea being competitive in the job market would make your employer not rehire you?
You really just need to weigh which school is better. Take into account what your current school might say on the phone.
You may want to discuss your future plans with your school and find out if they will give you a good reference after they know you might leave. |

Aer you contemplating breaking your contract, or finishing it before you move to another school? |

I'll finish the contract first, I want my severance.
I have good news, the recruiter concerned said they will pass on my resume to the new school anyway.
I hope they say yes. |
