Concerning new ideas by directors at Hagwons someone made it into an algorithm in another post. He had it down to 7 steps - it was genius.

I'm off to a job soon, and personally I don't mind the concept of sitting about in the office as I'm a photographer in my spare time and work on my laptop. This means I can photoshop to my hearts content, and the boss'll think he's getting a diligent teacher. Everyone wins. Very Happy
