My friends school needs a teacher fast! What are good ways to go about doing this. One thing that is unique in this case is that the teacher can sign a contract for as long as they wish. 1 month if they need temp work or 1 year if they need a real job. Where are good free places to post? also are there any temp teacher agencies? Any help????

1. Offer lots of money. Foreigners like money.
2. Offer fairly low hours. Foreigners like making good money for working low hours.
3. Offer nice housing. Foreigners like to live in nice places, with things like spacious bathrooms that actually have high water pressure, ovens, computers, and things like that.
4. Prove to the prospective teacher how respectful your students are. Foreign teachers like respectful children who think they're teachers and not playmates.
5. Offer good teaching resources. Teachers like to teach with good resources.
6. Employ attractive female staff if you want a male teacher. Male foreigners like being around attractive Korean women.
7. Pay for an immediate all-fees-included visa run. Foreign teachers like to be lawfully employed and don't like to have to be out of pocket to do so.
8. Make sure your prospective teacher knows you'll help him get a handphone, internet access, bank card, and credit card. Foreigners like to live with the common conveniences Koreans take for granted.

If you have any other questions about things you never could have thought of to attract a teacher quickly please let us know.
