How to check if somebody blocked your phone on his contact list,
so when you try to call, the connection doesn't go through.
in my case, i can't get hold of one person, however the dialing signal is fine and it lasts for about 1 min 18 sec before the voice machine pops up.
is there any way to check if i was blocked, or maybe it's just the person not pickng up? |

| A one minute wait for the voicemail is quite long. This probably means the phone is unattended. If the call goes to voicemail straight after you dial, then the phone is off. If the call goes to voicemail after one or two rings, at different intervals (e.g. after 2 rings, 6 rings, or 8 rings), then the person might be picking up the phone and clicking you straight to voicemail because he/she doesn't want to hear from you. |

| If the person is blocking your phone number, they probably don't want you to find out/get a hold of them. Having said that, Korea's legal system is a joke, so I guess if stalking is your game, this is the place to do it. |

Here's how to find out.
Do a reverse lookup on the phone number to trace the physical address.
Once you have the address, go find a pojang macha nearby and cause a disturbance. Dial the number quickly.
If you've succeeded she'll come outside and what it's all about with a phone in her hand.
Caught red-handed. voila~!!!!

how do you do the "reverse lookup"?
and, by the way, I've found out that she simply forgot her cell at home, she called me later, so no worries about the block 
but it's still interesting to know, just in case.

That's what I'm wondering. Doesn't seem like long if she just forgot her phone at home. |
