It might have been sticky-worthy, however. I think a poll asking us to self-identify on all our international experience -- for example, "military service," "study abroad," "Peace Corps," "other NGO," "EFL instruction," "tourism," "international business," "more than one of the above (if so, which combination exactly? For myself, all of the above except the Peace Corps and international business)" -- might have better facilitated our exchanges, perhaps even encouraged new kinds of exchanges. I considered it but thought three polls were enough for one week. |
