Does the Letter of Employment differ than the Letter of Recommendation?
I have never heard of the former before, but someone is saying that for SMOE I need one. Is this true? And if so, what does it say?
Thanks! |

I can't tell you if you need one or not, but they are the traditional thing from a Korean employer. It just has a sentence saying X worked here from Y to Z, and has the school's official stamp. |

This is a document that simply tells how long you worked at a job. One of the factors that determines your pay category is how much teaching experience you have. If you've had multiple teaching jobs in Korea, you'll want one from each employer so that you can get the highest pay scale. |
