Samui's on the east. Maybe helps with factoring in weather. |

Slightly off topic, but in relation to the last few posts - I'm a little confused about the Asian rainy seasons. I'm planning on heading to Southeast Asia for December/January (planning Laos, Thailand [Bangkok and Phuket-area], then down to Malaysia and Singapore, and maybe Indonesia. I've been getting conflicting info on which areas are in the rainy season at that time. Can anyone clue me in? |

JB
Head to Phuket (Western Peninsula).
November to May is usually NICE!!
Ko Samui (Eastern Peninsula) is hot and dry from Janurary to April.
Either or will be fine, in my opinion, though as the rain is not all that serious (usually ). |
