It's threatening a storm at the moment but nothing's falling where I am.

Really, the pollution and Chinese dust in recent days has been so intense it truly disgusts and depresses me.

I'm a bit worried the rain's gonna hold off. We need an intense, massive storm....to sterilize!

Yeah it's looking a bit...bleak out there. Kind of peachy-dusty, too. I hope it rains but I hope it rains once I've walked back from school.

No heavy rain is forecast at all on long range forecasts that I can see.

I was so goddamn happy when it rained yesterday, I walked to the bus without my umbrella, my co-teachers thought I was insane. I explained that I missed the damp spring weather at home, and they explained that the pollution in the rain in Seoul can strip the meat off your bones in about twenty minutes.

So yeah, it was nice but I think I'll break out the umbrella next time.

Well, it's a vast improvement, but it rained rather feebly in my area. I wanted a massive, violent storm. Would've been very satisfying and I thought one was on the cards because of the color of the sky all day yesterday. Winter in Korea sucks. There's almost no precipitation or wind and the blue sky directly overhead becomes brown very soon in all directions.

I was thinking about the amount of polution in the rain as I strolled home in it last night. I mean it is refreshing for a bit until the realization that all the crappy particles are coming down from the sky with the rain.

But, it is nicer in Daegu today...For what it is worth.

It always rains at the weekend, when you actually want to go out.
When you're stuck in the office all week its nice and sunny out.

I think its called the "weekend pollution effect". As soon as the weekend hits, all those extra vehicles rushing around cause extra pollution in the atmosphere and brings down rain.

It's raining today in my dusty little town just east of Seoul. Thank god! I didn't even realize it, I've been bumming around the house today, and heard water dripping on my heater exhaust (which pokes out the window), so opened my window to see.

Seoul getting any?

Rain in Seoul... half of Saturday (after I finished my chores and house cleaning and ready to get out), all of Sunday.

Stopped today just in time for another week in the office...

Wow, praying to Jesus works. I'm burning my copy of On the Origin of Species.

I was there for Easter Sunday not even knowing it was Easter... went to the outside of the big Catholic church in Myeongdong...

It was raining... not heavily, but a lot...

your praying only ruined my trip, Jerk.
