I was drinking in a Korean bar in Dublin and I asked for another Guinness..
"You've had enough. I'll see you tomorrow."
Holy Shiites, that's never happened me before. I left without argument (because I fancy all the girls) but it left me thinking..that would never happen in Korea or Ireland.
I forget what my point is. |

There's an automatic spelling transmogrifier built into Firefox.
I was originally writing about how I slept with Hitler and played bowling with George Bush. |

I can only think of three things
1)It was closing time, or nearly so
2)You are an a** when you are drunk, and don't know how many you had
3)The staff are crazy. |

I get your point. In Korea they never cut you off. But of course they don't have the liability laws here. |

...or, the staff enjoy not being in Korea. But, they haven't yet mastered the art of gaining a good tip. |

Details of the restaurant are here:
http://www.menupages.ie/Restaurants/Hop_House.aspx
The bar is attached to the restaurant, it opens at 5pm and usually has a good crowd on Thursdays and Fridays as it attracts foreign students (pitchers of Bavaria are 9 euro). I've met polish, spanish, italian, japanese, chinese and mongolian people there, so there's a healthy mix. They didn't serve me soju there, but you can get it in the restaurant if you order a meal. Same as in Korea.
Guinness is 4 Euro. They show a lot of football on a projector screen, if that's your thing.
To get there:
Walk down O'Connell street, away from O'Connell bridge. When you get to the end of the street, take a right. It's on the left hand side of the street, directly opposite Fibber Magees. Sometimes a bus obstructs the front, it used to be the Shakespeare pub, you can see a photo of it in the link I posted above. The man leaning against the wall in the photo may or may not still be there.
Be careful at night if you're walking around that area; I might be knocking around.

4.) I become so profoundly charismatic that I activate the Godly awe instinct in humans. "Please, leave my pub, it is not worthy of your presence" is what they are thinking.
The correct answer is 2. |

I guess you really have had enough, unless Deblin's recently been moved out of Ireland. |
