Flexible lease starting at 3 month increments. 5 min walk to Hongik Station, 7 min walk to Hapjeong Station. It's really a nice place. April 11-12th avail.

| yes. there's a giant warbrobe and a washing machine. it's a villa on the 2nd floor so no elevator. |

Looks nice, but one month deposit may as well be key money (although a small amount of it).
I'm sure you'll rent it out fast. |
