so on the KEG site, the won is under 1000 to the dollar. Hopefully it stays that way.

this reflects the rally in the US stock market.. If it stabilizes, then it's unlikely the won will trade much if at all above 1000.

turbulence overseas, especially in the US hits Korea and its currency because it is such an export driven economy with the US as one of its primary markets.
