If I want to send a fax to Canada through my work fax, what numbers do I have to dial?
eg. (905) 555-5555
Do I have to dial a couple of 1s and 0s before this number? |

The international access codes are : 001; 002; 007
(different telephone companies)
I always use 001
At my work I also need to dial ( press!) 9 first to access a line;
so (9) = 001= country= area = local number |

assuming you have an outside line:
001-1-905-555-5555
002-1-905-555-5555
007-1-905-555-5555
00700-1-905-555-5555
00388-1-905-555-5555
There are lots of others as well. Ask your boss what long distance carrier they prefer for international calls. Most people use 001 (Korea Telecom) or 002 (dacomm) for their international stuff from a landline.
