I live near Seoul, and so far I've only seen really cheap clothing stores (like at the bus terminal) or really expensive ones (like Shinsegae). Is there a good mid-range shopping center / mall-type place in Seoul? I'm looking for a nice dress to wear to a wedding back in the states this summer.

Go night shopping in Dongdaemun (check out Doota and the all night shopping malls behind the stadium). Also go to Myeong-dong. I actually really like the shopping at the Express Bus Terminal (the underground shopping mall). I picked up a couple cute cute dresses there for weddings and such.

Also, don't shy away from places like Emart and Lotte mart. You'd be surprised at the great stuff you can get there for really cheap.
