where is the best place (store) to get picture frames here? ive seen some in dollar stores and stuff like that, but is there anywhere in particular you've found any good ones??

Places like Emart and Homeplus are good. Also, there's a huge home furnishings section in the underground shopping mall at the Express Bus Terminal. They have a lot of cool frames and other stuff down there.
