Philippine airlines flies from Busan through Manila connecting to anywhere you want in the Phils. Their international and domestic flights all go through the NAIA II terminal so you don't have far to go from the international arrivals to the domestic departures.

The only problem you will have is that they only fly 4x per week - Wed., Thurs., Sat., Sun. and the departure time from Busan is around 8pm. It doesn't make for an easy weekend get-a-way.

Asiana also flies from Busan via Manila connecting to domestic flights.
The same problem exists as with PAL.

There are NO airlines flying from Busan that will conveniently get you to any place that is warm with a beach on a schedule suitable for a weekend get-away (Friday departure and Sunday return).

If you want to catch a late afternoon flight to Seoul and then catch a red-eye flight to your favorite beach, then you have options but it won't be cheap.

The other choice is just spend a weekend in HongKong. You can catch the ferry over to Macau and enjoy the beachs over on Taipa or Coloane.
