I found out hagwon has not been paying into pension for past 3 years nor the tax office. Does anyone know if a pension can be retroactive for the time you've worked. Has anybody done this? |

I am not 100% positive, however, I believe it can be done. If i remember correctly, you will be required to make all your contributions for the past 3 years first and then the pension office will go after your employer for their half. After it has been collected they will release the funds to you when you leave Korea. |
