I am in Yongdungpo Youido-dong, Seoul. I am on Chamsarang-gil Street between streets Daebangnu and Keungol-gil. Is there an electronics store near here that sells a three prong wattage converter. You see I have one but it only has 2 prongs. I need three for my laptop. (I should have realized this before I left). Would a PC Bang know? I know no Korean so this might be hard.

Why would a laptop need a converter?

READ the label on the brick. It should be 110-240VAC input. All you should need is a simple plug adapter and they can be found at your local stationary store for about 500 won.

You can also get a new cord (from the wall to the brick) at any computer store, stationary shop or the Yongsan electronics market (upstairs at Yongsan station). The plug end on the brick side is universal in the computer industry.
