I thought I was going to throttle those election truck people during the presidential election. Every friggin evening outside my apt. Every friggin morning. Screaming and yelling over the microphone to support their candidate. Now, the local elections have begun and the bastards are back. I can actually feel my blood pressure rise.

What's with these friggin people and NOISE!

You'll see a candidate standing in the back of one of these bongos. The guy is usually breaking a number of laws in the process. Vote for me I'm the honest not corrupt guy, who stands for law and order he'll say, whilst at the same time breaking laws.
Also they'll cover buildings with banners (also ilegal).
The incredible thing is that Koreans will believe these clowns, and actually vote for him. Then they'll lament, oh our politiians are so dishonest.

This post just made my day. It makes me think about the trucks that would go by all morning and night near my apartment in Busan. How I would hate them. Somehow my sick sense of humor makes me happy knowing im not alone in the agony LMAO!!!!

Y'know, these folks truly are a parasite on my energy and sanity. If there is a noisier people in the world than the Koreans, do tell, as I shall avoid them at all costs and perhaps even invade and conquer.

Nothing in Korea can be done without noise. It's friggin rediculous. They talk too loud. They make noise when they eat. Their television programs are loud. Whoever horks up a loogie in the loudest manner possible is a neighborhood hero. Those friggin vegetable trucks. The volume of the announcements at my public school. Those farmers dancing in a circle banging their drums and those clangy things. The fact that they speak to each other in a volume suggesting their conversation partner is 500 feet away. The incredible impulse to use microphones on every possible occasion (even if it's a small meeting in a classroom). The fact that they must put their phone ringer on maximum. etc. etc.

I'll never figure the people on this friggin planet out.

The bastards are blaring their propaganda outside my school window as we speak. I heard loud blaring music and yelling. I look out the window and sure enough. "Let's go into a school zone and make a whole lot of noise."
