Again, please...somebody...explain how this lawsuit is able to be possible in U.S. courts... Is it because the Korean university has entities/corporations/etc. in the U.S.? Why is it even being heard? The next thing we know, an Iraqi will be suing us for negligible homicide in our own courts (not that it's unfounded, but...).
