Controlling Your Students

Okay, so one of your students is playing with his or her mobile phone in the classroom whilst you're trying to teach. You've asked them twice to put it away, but they ignore your polite requests and continue to play with it.

Okay KTs, this is how not, I repeat, how not to deal with the situation.

This is actually a Portuguese classroom apparently.
