This was left on my (everyones) door from the gas company. I can pretty much figure out it's related to a security check and some other stuff.. Can someone provide a clear translation?

They called to carry out a safety check but you weren't home so they want you to call them so they can carry it out another time. The note also states that unless you receive a safety check they are - regrettably - obliged by health and safety regulations to suspend the supply of your gas.

Get a Korean friend to give them a call and arrange for them to come around at a suitable time.

I found the contact number. I sent some messages, but this reply I didn't understand: 2

Does it mean I have to pay a fee?

They want to check an instrument of some kind by the 2nd April. It appears that you will need to pay a bill too. (I think that must be your standard gas bill). You really need to get a colleague or Korean friend to give them a call and sort something out.
