I found this great link. You can go to it and register to vote while living in Korea. It's quick and easy and took me about two minutes to fill everything out. They will mail the information to you here in Korea.
Here's the link: https://www.overseasvotefoundation.org/overseas/home.htm
It was helpful to me. Hope it will be to you as well! |

The true question is: will it count?
I heard that absentee balloting didn't count much during the 2000 and 2004 elections....
Also, in the run up to the '04 vote, I heard in the Herald Tribune that the Dems wanted to do away with the overseas tax exemption.
To be honest, I think I might be voting Republican also (although I strongly support the Democrats) |

Thanks for the link. The registration process was a bit lengthy but it's well worth it. I'll have to bookmark this for the future.

It counts for me, and I guess that's what matters. I haven't missed voting since I became old enough, and that was quite a few years ago. It's a privilege I'm glad I have. |

i did a semester in copenhagen during the 2000 election. american students were invited to a reception with the ambassador after voting, and he actually told us that the final counts are generally in for each state prior to receiving votes from any overseas source other than the military. he got really excited with the whole florida fiasco because overseas votes would be taken into consideration. |
