You know, Im in Taiwan now... Everytime I for a long bike ride in the mountains here, I see, literally, 30 or 40 wild dogs -- usually in packs of 4 or 5. Most of them look pretty skinny; like there isnt much for them to eat. A couple of times, I am sure they thought I was food because they tried to chase and track me as if I were some kind of wild game...

Anyway, in the countryside of Korea, I never saw any wild dogs. I think you can guess why...

So... if countries like Taiwan and Korea cant afford to have animal control workers or education for country bumpkins about spaying and neutering pets, why not just eat the dogs?
