This post was inspired by an editorial I read on Yahoo earlier this week.
In it, the writer asked the readers to think about what would happen if the senior Democrats in the party decided not to nominate either Clinton or Obama and instead nominated Gore for the presidential ticket......
In some ways, it would be an arbitrary compromise that would save the party time, money and further humiliation of the continued split in their ranks.

When I made the poll, there was no hidden message when I wrote one word in all caps and writing the other in usual text, I was just sleepy and didn't pay close attention to my writing.....

To be honest, although I am a registered Democrat, I will be voting Republican in this coming election. I just feel they have all their ducks in order and I have to agree on some of their principles. And I find McCain liberal enough that he might see the war in Iraq as being fruitless and wasteful as well as extremely unpopular after he gets elected into office.

Thats just my 2-cents worth Confused

Gore's ok, but there a a couple of major problems with him. The first is his views on the death penalty, the second is Tipper.

While Obama isn't against the death penalty, he certainly is skeptical of it as the Il. moratorium shows.

If Gore was president, Tipper would have influence again, and I really don't care for her. Her major accomplishments are reactionary policies towards video games and movies.
