i'm not sure where they mean exactly but i would get off the subway at yongson. its hard to explain exactly but there is a side with a huge stairwell down to a courtyard, so you want to be on the the opposite side of the building from this. make your way to the backside and there is a raised covered walkway a couple hundred meters long and you'll be in a another building that is clearly an electronics place. once there make your way to the very bottom floor and just outside the building are a bunch of decent places for dvds. hope that isn't too confusing took me a little bit of time to figure it out. you'll find it though.
