My GF and I are going to Canada in a couple of weeks. We've purchased one way tickets. Can Koreans enter Canada on a tourist visa if they don't have a return ticket? The travel agency says no.

the travel agent is NOT entirely correct. It is RECOMMENDED but not
required. If you don't have a return ticket you may have problems
getting your boarding pass here OR you may have problems at the
passport control point in Canada (requiring a pit stop at the immigration
desk for immigration clearance).

Embarkation KOREA (REPUBLIC) (KR)
Destination CANADA (CA)
Passport (must be valid for period of intended stay) required.
Visa not required, generally for a max. stay of 6 months.
