If you just need to top up a pre-paid phone, there is a small place opposite the Turkish kebab place on the street parallel to the main road.
Not too sure if he provides many other services, the shop is about the size of my shoe. |

| thanks but no, i got an LG phone in Bundang a few years back with plan, etc...phone was stolen on a recent trip out of the country and i want to cancel the plan. was told i need to go to a store and show alien card. |
