I wonder how the media is going to spin this one.

"Korean kidnapper found to have spent a few years in America."

"Korean kidnapper is actually a Korean-American."

"Korean kidnapper is Japanese-Korean."

Kim Do-sik, chief of Gyeonggi Provincial Police Agency, made a public apology. ``I apologize for the police's careless measures,'' he said.

Let's see, he's the chief of police and he's apologizing for the "police's careless measures".

F*ck apologies. People need to start getting sh1tcanned.

I think that they should be facing criminal charges, honestly. The cops are such a waste of taxes in this country, more useless than a 55-year-old Korean English teacher.

The peculiar thing is, the guy was wearing the same hat he was wearing in the CCTV video. Talk about trying to disguise yourself!

Lee said that he was drunk when he was walking behind her. The girl gave him a suspicious glance, and he tried to tell her that he was not a bad person. He got angry at her attitude and beat up her, according to his testimony. Police are investigating the reason for this action.

wait for it... they are investigating the reason for his actions... and... why would this seemingly nice *cough*cough* ajoshi attack a 10 year old girl?

He was previously in jail for 10 years for habitually sexually assaulting minors and was released two years ago, police said.

I'd consider that a pretty solid reason. He's a freaking chi-mo. Let's repeat that quote for emphasis...

I wonder if the reason he went to jail was because he molested some children, or if it was because he was habitually sexually assaulting minors
