my sister is getting married in july in the states and its a black tie wedding, now where can i get measurements done here and send them back to the people in the states |

You can get your friend to take measurements of you. That's what I did.
You could also try paying a tailor and to take measurements of you. Who knows? They might even do it for free.
Either way, everyone has a different way of taking measurements and doing sizing so I would just have your friend do it. |

I agree that you can take your own measurements, there are instructions online on how to do it. That's what I did and when I got home my tux fit just fine. |

Be careful when having your measurements taken; Koreans measure up to the naval when measuring your waste size. Some middle aged Koreans wear their trousers up to their naval to make them look taller. |
