Anyone know what it's called here or know a brand name I can give at the pharmacy? I could really use some.

Ask for "pass-uh". Not sure if you can get in in gel/cream form, it usually comes in sticky sheets that you apply - the instructions are pictoral, no worries there.

Is that the same as Tiger Balm? I've seen it in the Asian Markets.

They sell mentholatum here, which is basically like Icy Hot.

Go to any pharmacy and ask for men-so-lay-tum.
