so do i got this correct.
I am leaving korea in October, goint to Thailand and then back to the US to get the documents for another visa. Do I need to get all this crap apostilled still? |

Yes. It just means that you don't need to have a drug test for marijuana.
Let me rephrase that, you may have them certified by your embassy here in Korea if you are here or renewing.
If you are talking about a new visa, then you need the aspostille thing done for the 1st one. You only have to submit it one time.

Well, you don't need the apostile according to immi:
