| I'm coming back to Korea in September and have decided to get chonsei/jonsei on an apartment rather than buying one, what with the state of the world economy and the korean housing market at the moment. I just want to know -for those who have them or are looking into it- how much they have put down and if they were satisfied with what they got/what is available. I'm going to live in Daegu (I know in Seoul housing prices are on another planet) and have about 일억 찬만원 (sp) to spend. Is this enough to get a nice place, say two bedroomed? |
