I'm a little tired so maybe more sarcastic than I would usually be but -- One million for the furnishings sounds COMPLETELY reasonable.

What if one already has their own furnishings and does not want the ones currently in the apartment. Also, what is the parking situation like if you have a car?

If I am charging to much offer me less, money talks, bullsh1t pokes fun on Daves.

I am ready to negotiate and I won't be leaving you my bills as happened to me.

Yes I know you can get great furniture free anywhere Samsung staff are when they throw out fine sofa's and TV's at bonus time. Unfortunately the free furniture in Itaewon is *beep* and not worth collecting, I have tried. Also next Samsung bonuses aren't due till Chuseok

If you don't want the furniture don't take it. If you want to pay less key money or rent negotiate with the landlord.

Parking is roll of the dice there is a space out the front that has been empty for 2 days but had the same car parked in it all winter. There is a car area with 1 scooter for all apartments. If I had a car I would choose here, there is always the Hyatt which if you time it right is free in the unlikely event there is nothing closer.
