Sometimes yes, sometimes no.

Then again, more often than not the so-called justice $ystem is anything but "just".

Oh, that reminds me, did you listen to the Teeter interview?

The audio recordings would indicate it was physically impossible that there was one shooter given the rapidity of the shots fires.

Here's one referencing Noguchi, the coroner:

http://www.crimelibrary.com/terrorists_spies/assassins/kennedy/5.html

Quote:

One more issue remained, one that neither Noguchi, the LAPD, nor the witnesses at the crime scene could explain and one that continues to haunt theorists and historians of the assassination to this day. The shot that both Noguchi and the Los Angeles conclude killed Kennedy the one that entered the back of his neck, fragmented upon impact and lodged in his brain stem was fired so close that it left thick powder burns on the skin. Coroner Noguchi estimates (and the LAPD concurs) that the shot was fired at a range no more distant than one-and-a-half inches. Yet, according to all witnesses, Sirhan Sirhan shot in front of Kennedy and, as far as anyone knew, the senator never had the chance to turn his back towards his hunter.

Even though Noguchi remained tight-lipped and diplomatic at the time, in his biography that he penned a decade later entitled Coroner -- he wrote, "Until more is precisely knownthe existence of a second gunman remains a possibility. Thus, I have never said that Sirhan Sirhan killed Robert Kennedy."

It's not a throbbing obvious conspiracy, but there are too many unresolved answers.

I may open a new RFK thread. A final thread. A thread for the information, new, old, rehashed, bogus or BS, whatever, to be presented, discussed and read by those who are interested. I want to read it. I may not believe it, but an airing doesn't hurt.

Spammers please stay away.

I wish you would. I just started the JFK thread. Unfortunately, the spammers got there right away. They have no self-control.

Some people have excellent memories ( even photographic ), others lack such abilities.

Once again this reminds me, did you remember to listen to the interview?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Photographic_memory

Just looking at the wikipedia page makes two things clear.

1
Quote:
Eidetic memory as observed in children is typified by the ability of an individual to study an image for approximately 30 seconds, and maintain a nearly perfect photographic memory of that image for a short time once it has been removed--indeed such eidetikers claim to "see" the image on the blank canvas as vividly and in as perfect detail as if it were still there.

They study the picture for 30 seconds. They prepare to study the picture. They don't see a sudden unexpected event and remember it exactly. Also it is unclear if photographic memory exists in adults.

Quote:
Although many adults demonstrate extraordinary memory abilities, it is unknown whether true eidetic memory can persist into
adulthood

Adults who tend to have extraordinary memory, tend to display it in something they have a deep(obsessive sometimes) interest in. Autistic savants whilst rare also have extraordinary memory.

2 These people prepare to remember or they remember things that they study every day, day in, day out.

This is very different from seeing something happen in front of you in an instant, and recalling it later.

Witness statements should not be trusted. Depending on the amount of witnesses and the closeness of their statements, I suppose some could be trusted more than others. I personally don;t think a case(any case..really not just conspiracies) should ever rest on witness statements, but that may not be practical.
