Quote:
PENSACOLA, FL. Asked for a reaction to the news that he'd been endorsed by reality-soap bad girl Heidi Montag of "The Hills," John McCain told Swampland: "Im honored to have Heidis support and I want to assure her that I never miss an episode of 'The Hills,' especially since the new season started."

Sweet Key-rye-st. I find it hard to believe, in fact I don't believe it at all, but the fact that McCain said this... Wow... Just... Wow.

Anyone who would admit to watching the "Hills" is not fit to run this country. It's a question of JUDGEMENT.

He brags about being McBully in school. It about sums up his foreign policy aspirations. As for the economy, he has admitted that he knows nothing there- so in that regard he is McBush.

Being a Mc anything is so last century. Cool

I'm more concerned about his temper than his TV viewing habits.

Obama was on Ed Schultz's radio show yesterday.

Ed Schultz: Have you ever seen John McCain lose his temper.
Obama: Yes.
Ed Schultz: You have seen him lose his temper?
Obama: I don't think there's too many people in the Senate who haven't.

@ Obama fans; Here is the complete interview by Schultz with Obama. It's around 10 minutes. He talks about fixing/dealing with NCLB, the housing/credit crises, and the NCAA Final Four.

McCain is so wildly, over-the-top thirsty for war that he has genuine contempt for the private sector (IE "I don't know anything about the economy" "I didn't lead for profit, I served for patriotism")

There's so damn many reasons not to vote for McCain. The Maverick became the a$$kisser sellout. Anybody who sucks up so much to an organization that spread such vicious lies about them 8 years ago loses my respect (not that her cares). And what did those lies get us? George Dubbya Effing Bush! Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad McCain can go to aitch e double-toothpicks.

Here's another reason not to vote for him
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2008/04/03/mccain-rejects-secret-ser_n_94958.html
According to the article, McCain doesn't want SS protection because "The day that the Secret Service can assure me that if we're driving in the motorcade and there's a guy in a rooftop with a rifle, that they can stop that guy, then I'll say fine. But the day they tell me, 'well, we can't guarantee it,' then fine, I'll take my chances."

Either he's really brave, really pig-headed, or he wants to be like Reagan (get shot, and use the sympathy to get elected and railroad bad legislation). Although, Reagan got shot AFTER he was elected, not before. Maybe he's forgotten that.

I would go so far as to say anyone that watches MTV is not fit to lead the U.S. I might even go so far as to say anyone who receives votes from people that watch MTV are not fit, but that would be pushing it. Besides, it isn't like people that watch MTV actually vote, is it? Sure they wear buttons and add Facebook applications for the candidate their parents are against, but actually voting is a different issue entirely.

What is there for anyone over 30 to watch on Mtv?

I would vote for someone based on their watching of the "Daily Show" and "Colbert Report." The kings should listen to their jesters.
