My wife and I are looking for an apartment in Central Seoul. We would like a quiet, secure , NICE two bedroom place big enough for two people. A basement apartment is okay as long as it gets some natural light and there is no mold. We have our own furniture--we just need an aircon and a gas range. Our price range is 3 to 5 million won in key money and up to 750,000 won per month in rent. We are flexible about the neighborhood as long as there are some grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We also would like to be near a subway stop and/or a bus stop.
If we find a place then our current apartment would be available. It is located in Haebongchon. It is a smallish two bedroom apartment on the second floor. It's a great apartment, just a little too small for us.
