Looking for 2 room apartment.
One bedroom, one room for 'office.'
WHEN: Can move-in April, May, June or July. (Later might be possible)
RENT: 500,000 won to 750,000 won.
KEY: 3,000,000 won to 6,000,000 won.
WHERE: Prefer Itaewon area but for a good place any location in Seoul is fine. Easy subway access not needed.
WHAT: Doesn't have to be new, old is fine. Villa's, rooftops, all good. First floor and basement possible if no mold or smell. Reasonable natural light. Dark dungeons have no chance. Furnished or unfurnished is fine.
MUST have some space where I can safely park a 750cc motorbike.

Thanks again for the information on the apartment. Shame the key money and rent were too high for my budget.
Anyone else looking the details:
900,000 won
10 million won key money
Underground parking place included
