They're gaining on me. Tiny little things. Barely visible to the naked eye. Just look like bits of black peppered on my wallpaper. Anybody know the name and/or an effective way to eradicate these new spring acquaintances? |

If they're the same, then we've had loads of them crawling out of a broken section of our bathroom door frame. They're really, really small, but visible to the naked eye. My GF put loads of Raid down. It didn't kill them all straight away as every morning there'd be loads more scuttling about, but we haven't seen any for about a week now so they've either all been killed or they run off to re-group. |

Luckily, a google search confirms that the little guys are not baby cockroaches. Further research makes me think they're some sort of weevil.
Compare my photo with this common weevil. Similarities, no?

To get rid of them, take some and burn them or cut them up. Place them were they come out of to show them that you mean business. |

yeah, I think they are a type of weevil and they are obnoxious... If you have bought any barley or other oats etc, they may have come in with that. I don't have any of the bugs in my other rooms but the room that had some barely I had for baking had them... then I looked in the bag and saw tons of them in there... it had me searching all my food and tossing out anything that might have been left open ready for contamination |

Yeah for sure. I just can't find exactly where they came from. Possibilities include the organic whole-grain flour, the organic whole-grain pancake mix, the organic whole-grain rice and grains, and the regular white rice.
I store each of these grains in the same cabinet, around which there is a high concentration of these little bastards. I just don't want to throw out the baby with the bathwater. It's gonna take some time to locate and throw out the vehicle by which they arrived. |

Yeah it's alright, but the shitty thing is that I CAN'T GET ANYTHING TO STICK TO IT!
My map of Asia has fallen off the wall over 60 times!
