Does anyone know if the Korean embassy in Beijing issues Korean C4 visas?
The consulate in Shanghai said they do not issuse C4 visas to people who do not have a Chinese working visa. |

if they issue E2s they should issue C4s; are you there now?
I'm not sure why you are asking this - why not just call them directly?
however, if you are thinking of GOING to china for a visa run - you have to have a visa to enter first and that can cost upwards of way over 100,000 won if you are an American, less for others |
