I had three Jacks in a class. They loved fighting games, so I called them Jack, Jack 2 and Gun Jack from Tekken. I've also had Cola, which I thought had a nice little double meaning. I've had a Mr. Wonderful (I named him), a couple of Johnny Depps a Choi Hong Man, Tom Cruise (they named themselves). There have been many others, but those are coming to mind right now.

A new student who has a Zen master said his master named him *Folding Carton*.

He insists on being called it.

Fanny. There was a Chinese girl at my high school named Fanny. Always felt kinda bad for her cuz even though she was cool I knew that people teased her behind her back.

We did, too. We were nicer though and told her what it meant, and told her to change the spelling to Fenny, since that was how she wanted to be called, anyway.

I tried to stay away from ridiculous names, but the kids actually chose these:

Hera
Zeus
Jenny
Jenny
Jenny
Jenny
(about 100 more Jenny's)
Wayne (as in Gretzky)

And, my fav, complete with rolled r's:
Herrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrnando!

Hernando thought his name was cool until he had to spell it Smile

Favourite names I heard from other people:

Brick
Fast
Faster (Fast's Cat)

We had a Eunice who changed her name to Stella. We also had an "Aliza" (pronounced "AH-LEE-ZA!!!"). The little witch was pretty insistent about the pronunciation and she was spoiled completely rotten as well, worse than anything I have ever seen. I'm glad she's gone.

Now we have an L and an MJ (it's obvious what the latter stands for).

We also have a Sonny (pronounced "Sony"). His last name is Playstation.

Person
Human
Jack Sparrow

There's also a girl called Ted. I'm sure someone will inform me it could be short for something, but it still sounds crap. Oh, and a boy called Debbie. Genius.

Perfectly acceptable name, but I used to feel sorry for a kindergarten boy last year called Dick. There are better options!
