| Nice, sunny, second floor apartment available April 27th. It has two bedrooms--one is large and the other is smaller. It also has a big kitchen with a lot of cabinet space and there is a an area off of the kitchen that can be a dining room or a sitting area. The apartment comes with a gas range, an aircon, a fridge, and a washer. There is an enclosed balcony for storage and the washer is in a private outside utility room. The apartment is on a side street near the Woori Mart about ten minutes from Noksapyeong Station. The landlord is nice and speaks English. The key money is 2 million won and the rent is 510,000 won per month, which includes water. PM if you want to see the place. |
